Yesu wangu,/ nakushukuru/ kwa sababu umekubali kutupa Sakramenti hii kuu kabisa,/ ukitaka kukaa pamoja na sisi,/ na hata ukakubali kuwa chakula chetu/ chenye nguvu ya ajabu./ Mfalme wangu Yesu,/ Sultani wangu Mkuu,/ naamini kabisa kwamba upo katika Altare/ na kwamba umejificha chini ya umbo la mkate./ Ulipokuwapo bado hapa duniani mbele za watu,/ ulikuwa hujifichi kama sasa;/ lakini hata siku zile/ watu hawakuweza kukuona vile ulivyo./ Hawakuweza kuutambua Umungu wako,/ ikalazimu kukuamini tu sawa kama sisi./ Wakainama kichwa wakisema,/ βBwana wangu na Mungu wanguβ./ Na mimi kadhalika naungama/ U Bwana wangu na Mungu wangu/ na Mkombozi wangu/ na salama yangu yote./ U Yesu wangu tu,/ siwezi kusema zaidi./ Nakuabudu ee Yesu./ Najua sana, mimi ni mdogo kabisa,/ sina maana hata kidogo./ Mimi ni dhaifu na maskini mno./ Lakini Wewe katika hruuma yako kubwa/ waniita nije kwako./ Wewe huuangalii umaskini wangu,/ bali wanivuta katika mapendo yako./
Nasikia maneno yako usemayo:/ βNjooni kwangu ninyi nyote mnaoelemewa na mizigo/ nami nitawasaidiaβ./ Kwa ajili ya maneno hayo/ nakuja kwako bila hofu./ Najua kwamba wanipenda,/ najua wataka kunisaidia na kuniponya,/ najua kuwa wataka kunitakasa./
Nahitaji sana msaada wako, hakika./ Unaniona katika mwendo wangu wa kila siku,/ Jinsi ninavyohangaika na vishawishi mara nyingi;/ jinsi nilivyo na lazima ya kushindana kila siku/ nikitaka kukaa mwema na safi katika utumishi wako./ Naungama mbele yako Wewe Mkombozi wangu,/ kwamba sikukaa imara siku zote vile nilivyopaswa./ Naungama kwamba nimeshindwa mara nyingine/ na kwa hivi naomba toba./ Lakini kwa nini nimeshindwa mara nyingine?/ Kwa nini nikakosa?/ Ni kwa sababu nalikuwa nimekwenda mbali nawe;/ nalianza kujitegemea mwenyewe./ Katika majivuno yangu nikajisifu mwenyewe,/ nikajiona mwema,/ nikasahau udhaifu wangu./ Na kwa ajili hiyo nikajitia katika hatari bure,/ sikujilinda tena,/ nikampa shetani nafasi ya kunishambulia kwa hila zake zote./ Unihurumie ee Yesu wangu./
Sasa nafahamu jinsi nilivyokuwa mjinga kwelikweli./ Ndiyo maana nakuabudu kwa moyo wangu wote./ Najiweka mikononi mwako/ ufanye nami vile unavyotaka./ Wewe utanitunza;/ Wewe utanilinda vema;/ Wewe utaniongoza nijue namna ya kuepa hatari zote,/ na jinsi ya kufukuza kila kishawishi./ Chukua moyo wangu kabisa,/ kwa sababu ni mali yako kamili;/ Wewe ndiwe uliyeniumba,/ ndiwe uliyenipeleka katika Ukristo,/ nawe ndiwe utakayenihukumu siku ya mbele./ Ndivyo ninavyojitolea kwako./ Ndivyo ninavyokuabudu,/ wala sijui njia nyingine ya kukusifu zaidi./
Yesu wangu mpenzi,/ naomba upokee kwa uzuri heshima hiyo yangu./ Angalia: naitolea pamoja na heshima yote/ unayopewa daima na watakatifu wako/ na malaika wako./ Nikipiga magoti hapa mbele yako sasa,/ siko peke yangu,/ nakuabudu pamoja na Mama yako Bikira Maria,/ ambaye sala zake zinakupendeza kabisa./ Sala zangu naweka pamoja na sala zake yeye,/ uzipokee zote pamoja,/ zikupendeze zote sawa./ Ee Mama Maria!/ Nifundishe maneno ya kumsifu Mwanao Yesu vizuri./ Nipeleke kwa Yesu tumwabudu pamoja./ Nifunike na utakatifu wako/ kusudi Yesu asiangalie tena umaskini wangu/ na makosa yangu,/ aniponye katika huruma yake./
Sasa najisikia vizuri, Yesu wangu./ Sasa nina moyo wa kuweza kuendelea vema/ katika njia njema./ Sasa ninatumaini kwamba/ nitakaa mkristo mwema,/ nitakuwa mtumishi wako mwaminifu./ Nasikia amani kubwa sana moyoni mwangu,/ kwa kuwa nimo mikononi mwako./ Baada ya dakika chache/ nitaondoka tena kanisani,/ nitarudi nyumbani kwangu,/ lakini hatutaachana,/ hapana./ Mapendo yetu yatatuunganisha pamoja daima./ Wewe utanikumbuka nikiwa kazini,/ nikilala usingizi,/ nikienda njiani,/ kila mahali nilipo,/ Wewe utaniona,/ utafuatana na mimi./ Kadhalika nitakukumbuka tu./ Nitafanya bidii nisikuache kabisa./ Amina.
Ee Yesu Mfungwa wa Upendo wa Mungu,/ ninapofikiri Upendo wako na jinsi ulivyojitolea kwa ajili yangu,/ nashindwa kuelewa./ Unaficha Ukuu wako usiofahamika/ na kujidhihirisha kwa ajili yangu mimi mnyonge./ Ee Mfalme wa utukufu,/ unaficha uzuri wako,/ lakini jicho la moyo wangu/ linapenya pazia na kuona Majeshi ya Malaika/ wakikuimbia kwa heshima bila kukoma/ na nguvu zote mbinguni zikikusifu bila mwisho zikisema:/ βMtakatifu, Mtakatifu, Mtakatifu..β/
Ni nani awezaye kufahamu Upendo wako/ na huruma yako isiyo na kipimo kwa ajili yetu!/ Ee Mfungwa wa Upendo,/ nafungia moyo wangu masikini/ kwenye Tabarnakulo hii/ ili niweze kukuabudu usiku na mchana bila mwisho./ Najua hakuna kizuizi/ na hata kama naonekana kukaa mbali,/ lakini moyo wangu u pamoja nawe/ katika ibada hii./ Hakuna kinachoweza kuzuia upendo wangu kwako./ Kwangu hakuna kizuizi chochote./
Ee Utatu Mtakatifu,/ Mungu Mmoja usiyegawanyika,/ utukuzwe kwa zawadi yako hii kuu/ na agano hili la huruma!/
Nakuabudu,/ Bwana na Muumba uliyefichika katika Sakramenti Takatifu!/ Ee Bwana,/ nakuabudu kwa kazi zote za mikono yako/ zinazonifunulia Hekima yako kuu,/ Wema wako na Huruma yako kuu./ Uzuri uliousambaza hapa/ Uzuri ulio nao Wewe mwenyewe/ ambaye U Uzuri usioelezeka;/ na ingawaje umejificha na kusitiri uzuri wako,/ jicho langu,/ kwa mwanga wa imani linafika kwako,/ na roho yangu inapata kumtambua Muumba wake/ aliye Uzuri usiopimika,/ ulio juu ya kila uzuri,/ na moyo wangu unazama kabisa katika sala ya kukuabudu./
Bwana wangu na Muumba wangu,/ wema wako wanitia moyo wa kuongea nawe,/ Huruma yako huondoa kiambaza/ kitenganishacho Muumba na kiumbe./ Furaha ya moyo wangu,/ ee Mungu, ni kuongea na Wewe./ Yote ambayo moyo wangu unayatamni nayapata kwako./ Hapa ndipo mwanga wako unaponiangaza akili yangu/ na kuiwezesha kukujua Wewe zaidi na zaidi/ β ndipo mikondo ya neema inapoutiririkia moyo wangu,/ ndipo roho yangu inapochota uzima wa milele./ Ee Bwana na Muumba wangu,/ licha ya mapaji yote haya,/ unajitoa mwenyewe kwangu,/ ili uweze kujiunganisha na kiumbe dhaifu na maskini./
Ee Kristu,/ nafurahi sana nionapo kwamba unapendwa/ na kwamba sifa na utukufu wako vinaongezwa/ hasa ya Huruma yako./ Ee Kristu,/ sitaacha kamwe kuutukuza wema wako na huruma yako,/ hadi dakika ya mwisho ya maisha yangu./ Kwa kila tone la damu yangu/ na kwa kila pigo la moyo wangu/ naitukuza Huruma yako./ Natamani kugeuzwa kabisa/ na kuwa utenzi wa utukufu wako./ Naomba siku ya kufa kwangu/ popote nitakapokuwa nimelala,/ pigo la mwisho la moyo wangu/ liwe utenzi mpendevu/ usifuo Huruma yako isiyo na kipimo./ Amina
