Kitunguu saumu - 1 kijiko cha supu

Pilipili nyekundu - 1 kijiko cha chai

Bizari ya biriani/garama masala - 1 kijiko cha supu

Namna Ya Kupika:

Kaanga samaki mbali kwa viungo upendavyo umkoleze vizuri. Au choma (bake/grill) katika oveni ukipenda.
Weka mafuta katika sufuria, tia vitunguu kaanga hadi vigeuka rangi. Gawa sehemu mbili.
Sehemu moja bakisha katika sufuria kisha tia tangawizi mbichi na kitunguu thomu ukaange.
Tia nyanya kaanga kisha tia bizari zote endelea kukaanga, tia njegere, njugu za snuwbar na ndimu kavu.
Tia viazi ulivyokwishakaanga, na vitunguu vilobakia.
